This concept design is mostly two-story (center sections are one-story) in order to allow a more maximized view of what shops are available. Again, the majority of the plan is retail shopping and also incorporates commercial office space.

The Hotel and restraunts are located on the Elk River end of the property; these buildings will all have direct access to the decking out along the Elk River for dining and drinking outside.

The CASCI building would remain in the thought that a future Charleston Convention Center may be needed and this building could play that roll in the future.
